National Commodity Specialist Division (NCSD) May 2026 Webinars

The National Commodity Specialist Division NCSD), Office of Trade, is excited to present the next round of 30+ commodity-specific, educational webinars to support our internal and external stakeholders. This year, we intend to focus our webinars on the FUTURE OF TRADE: INNOVATION AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGY - dedicated to rapidly changing technology, in addition to providing general classification guidance to facilitate legitimate trade.


Beginning May through September 2026, the webinars will commence at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time for approximately one hour, except for May 20, May 21, May 28, September 24, and September 28, which are scheduled at 11:00 a.m. Eastern.


We are now registering attendees for the webinars scheduled to take place during May and will proceed with monthly registrations for the remaining webinars through September. We will be using the WebEx Platform, which will provide a seamless experience for you and ensure external posting of the webinars to https://www.cbp.gov/trade/stakeholder-engagement/webinars; thus, each webinar will have its own link to sign in.

CBP Trade Violations Reporting Webinars

U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade’s Enforcement Operations Division is hosting the following webinars in June as a part of their quarterly series.


To register for this free webinar, click on the registration link for the coordinating webinar below. All registrants will receive the access link for the webinar the day before the event, but entry into the webinar is on a first-come, first-served basis as seats are limited. These webinars will not be uploaded to the webinar website, however other previously recorded webinars will be available for replay at Trade Outreach Webinars | U.S. Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov).


This webinar is a part of CBP’s Continuing Education Program. The number of credits and credit code will be provided at the end of the webinar.

Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET: Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) (Q2) – This webinar will provide an overview of the EAPA process and how to file an EAPA allegation with CBP.
