Generally, clients have to wait on their brokers to provide them with information related to tracking and otherwise. Waiting for this response is inefficient. Recognizing this issue, we sought to address the problem.
The solution was a digital dashboard. The dashboard is readily-accessible through any device with an Internet connection, and provides the data as needed on a real-time basis. The dashboard has the additional capability of sharing shipment status as they become available.
The introduction of our digital dashboard empowered clients, allowing them to make data-driven decisions at any given moment. In addition, due to the nature of customs brokerage, clients understandably want to know more about the data on the dashboard or may have questions otherwise. The dashboard increases the knowledge of the client, allowing for a more accurate, and therefore more efficient, inquiry process.
The dashboard has two major uses: first it provides customers with the status of their daily imports, exports, and inbond activity, and second the flexibility of having the real time status of their shipments. In addition, historical data and past activity can be obtained on demand by running detailed reports.

In conclusion, the CASAS digital dashboard served a tool of empowerment for our clients, giving them access to real-time information necessary for essential decisions.
